Re: 4/13/2015 7pm
Item #10: Call for a public hearing to rezone approximately 4.93 acres, Parcel ID # 212120 from R-8 Single Family/Conditional Use to Heavy Industrial.
So there is a proposed plan to INCREASE Heavy Industrial land use up 273. This likely will INCREASE Heavy Industrial traffic abusing N. Main Street and the residentially zoned land on and near it. When council addresses the call for a public hearing, will they mention the concerns voiced in the community lately about heavy industrial traffic traveling through residential areas?
