This idea sounds like a winner. And I saw some data from those that are selling/renting space that it's a success -- as far as occupancy. If this thing keeps up, it would be interesting to add a premium watering service to it or something maybe using some kind of tree-hugging rain collectors or something. But for me, I've got my own 0.02 acre garden - hopefully enough to take something to market this year.
